These Terms explain how Written For You works and what you can expect when you place an order. They’re here to set clear, fair expectations on both sides. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What this service is: Written For You creates one-off, custom songs based on the personal information you choose to share. Each song is: Written specifically for you. Created once and never reused. Delivered digitally. This is a commissioned creative service, not a mass-produced product.

Placing an order. When you place an order, you’ll be asked to share details about: Who the song is for. The story, occasion, or message. The tone or style you’d like. Please share only what you’re comfortable sharing. Once payment is completed, your order is considered confirmed.

Delivery time: Songs are typically delivered within 3–5 days. This timeframe may vary slightly during busy periods, but we’ll always aim to deliver as promptly as possible. Changes and additions After placing your order, you have 48 hours to: Add extra context. Clarify details. Correct small mistakes. You can do this by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us directly. Requests received after this window may not be included.

Revisions: Because each song is custom and personal: Minor adjustments may be considered where reasonable. Major rewrites or changes in direction are not guaranteed. We always aim to do justice to the story you provided at checkout.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of this service: Orders are non-refundable once work has started. If you believe there’s been a genuine issue, please contact us — we’ll always handle concerns fairly and respectfully

Use of your song

Your completed song is for personal use. You’re welcome to: Share it privately. Play it for friends or family. Post it on personal social accounts. Commercial use (e.g. advertising, brand campaigns) requires prior agreement.

Ownership and reuse. You receive the finished song created for your order. Written For You does not reuse or resell your story or song. We may not use your song as an example without your permission. Your story remains yours.

Limitations: We do our best to reflect the tone, mood, and intent you request, but: Creative interpretation is part of the process. Exact outcomes (lyrics, melody, emotion) can’t be guaranteed. This is a creative service, not a template-based product.
