How long we keep your information We keep order information only for as long as necessary to: Deliver your song Provide support if needed Meet basic business and accounting requirements You can request deletion of personal story details once your order is complete.

Payments All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We do not store or have access to your card details.
